Courses Taken at ODU Outside CS Department

A student without strong background in Computer Science may not count any non-Computer Science courses towards the MS degree.

A student with strong background in Computer Science may count at most three Computer Science related courses. The student must discuss and obtain the approval of the Graduate Program director before registering for such courses.

At most three non-Computer Science courses may be credited towards the MS degree, whether these courses have been transferred or taken at ODU.
