Prof. Maly
presented the paper "Improving Federated Service for Non-cooperating
Digital Libraries", (with R. Shi, M. Zubair), at ICDL 2004, New Dehli,
India, Feb. 2004. Dr A P J Abdul Kalam, Hon'ble President of India
inaugurated the conference on 24 February 2004 at Vigyan Bhawan, New
Delhi.
Prof. Maly has been named Chair of the Program
Committee of the: 6th International Conference on New Educational
Environments to be held in Neuchâtel, Switzerland in Sept 2004.
Prof. Olariu has been invited to deliver a keynote address
at the Workshop on Challenges of Mobility, to be held in Toulose, France,
August 2004.
Prof. Olariu is co-organizing a Dagstuhl
Seminar on Wireless Sensor Networks in March 2004.
Prof.
Olariu will deliver a tutorial on Wireless Sensor Networks at
Networking 2004, to be held in Athens, Greece, May 2004.
