Windows User Roaming Profile quotas will go into effect for all students on August 1, 2012.

As of August 1st 2012, a 1GB profile size quota on both undergraduate and graduate student profiles will be implemented. Once a user’s profile exceeds 1GB, they will be unable to synchronize any changes they may have made to their profile to the profile servers, until their profile size has been reduced back down to less than 1GB. This policy will not prevent users from exceeding a 1GB profile size at any given point. Downloads and file creation/manipulation will remain unaffected.
