| Users with aged, or hardcopy publications may want to have them included in the database | ||
| Mitigation: Ask Consumers to scan such documents before uploading. | ||

| Some documents submitted may not be allowed to be submitted on the system due to copyrights or such (IEEE Documents) | ||
| Mitigation: Have a moderation system implemented (human or automated) that will remove such items and warn the user who submitted it not to do so again. | ||
