The RTA Team

The Receipt Tracking Assistant (RTA) team is a group of Old Dominion students that have come together through a senior capstone course to bring forth quality software. This course gives a foundation on what it takes to research, plan, and design a new product in the computer science field. Part one of the course consists of extensive research and design, in planning for phases one through three, with an emphasis in phase one. Phase one is part two of the course where development of a prototype takes place. Through the development of a prototype, we prove the concept we held in phase zero is tangible and can realistically be done.
The team is dedicated to further expanding our knowledge of the computer science field. The objective of our team is to propose a technological innovation to solve the lack of automated expense reporting. We believe through hard work and dedication, we can achieve our goals and objectives. It is our duty to uphold our principles of honesty, truth, and integrity in order to achieve our ultimate goal to make the RTA solution a reality.
The Receipt Tracking Assistant (RTA) team is located at Old Dominion University. As our research partner, the team has access to over 150 workstations throughout the campus. Conference rooms and computer laboratories are at our disposal for the planning, research, and development of the RTA solution. The Fiscal Technician of ODU has provided the team with valuable research information.
