Goal
Assist restaurant management in improving communications between patrons and restaurant staff to minimize wasted time. The CAD system will increase communication among the different groups of employees and the employer. With this, restaurant patrons enjoy a better service from you in a quicker manner. Repeat customers are important in any business at all, but especially so in a restaurant business. The CAD system is the future of the dining experience, allowing increased customer satisfaction and increased profits.
 

 

Objectives
  • Focus on the unnecessary wait within restaurants
  • Keep the staff to focus on the patrons and their needs and wants
  • Increase restaurant table turnover to gain higher profit, and customer satisfaction
  • give surveys and stats on food choice to patrons
