Ken Belkofer is the Project Manager for Computer Aided Dining (CAD). He is active duty United States Navy and is enrolled as a Computer Science undergraduate at Old Dominion University. He graduates in Aug 2002 from Old Dominion University. Ken has 14 years of management experience, which he has utilized to push forward the progress of CAD.
