Electronic Drink Machine, a device that automatically measures and pours
drinks, will solve this problem. This increased accuracy will minimize
profit loss caused by over pouring drinks and maximize customer
satisfaction through consistency.
A typical bartender may over pour or under pour drink mixed drink
ingredients for many reasons. A bartender may be generous to a friend,
pursue a large tip, become distracted while making a drink, or be
inexperienced. Over pouring drink ingredients cause profit lost by giving
away more product than purchased by the customer. Under pouring drinks can
cause loss in customer satistfaction leading to further profit loss.
The Electronic Drink Machine utilizes a database of known drinks to make
consistent drinks. When a customer orders a drink, the bartender will
enter the order via a touch screen. The system will determine the exact
quantities of the necessary ingredients and then dispense the order. The
bartender then gives the drink to the customer.
