Identification is required prior to receiving a ballot. The ballots are marked with high-tech security printing which is nearly impossible to reproduce and can easily be detected. Counting mechanisms also detect how many ballots have been issued and received at each precinct.

Each state has a special review panel that must certify the voting machines much like slot machines are certified in some states. After initial certification, small voting test runs are issued by private organizations willing to adopt a new method. Next, publicly held political elections are held. The final goal of Intelection would be worldwide standardization of voting using our top notch system, but for now, we would like to maintain focus on the immediate issues at hand.
