Violations |
Due
to the importance of Copyright Law, the remote possibility that the IMS
System will violate any copyright law, is an extremely important issue,
which will have to analyzed. |
- After examination
of the Copy Right Laws, Title 17 of U.S. Code, Section 117
States that the owner is allowed to copy various productions for archival
purposes.
- The IMS service
will not reach any computer or output device, that is outside of the
home.
