About Digital Inventory Systems


Digital Inventory Systems was founded in February 2004 as part of Old Dominion University's Computer Science Department's Computer Productivity Initiative(CPI).

Team Bio

Joseph Williams is a senior at Old Dominion University. He is completing his B.S. in Computer Science. As director of personnel, Joseph is responsible for the maintenance of team member responsibilities.

Daniel Tubbs is a senior at Old Dominion University. He is completing his B.S. in Computer Science. He currently has an AAS&T in Nuclear Engineering Technology. He holds the following certifications: MCSE, MCP+I, CCNA, CNA, SCSA, and A+. Daniel's experience includes eight years in the US Navy supervising and operating nuclear propulsion systems. He was also the Lead Service Technician for Star Digital Inc. for two years before spending five years at The Capital Groups Companies Inc. where he was a Senior Network Analyst. As Project Manager, Daniel is responsible for the overall operations of the group and the project.

Jason Sadler is a senior in the Computer Science Department at Old Dominion University. He holds an AA&S with a concentration in Computer Science as well as A+ and Network+ Certifications. Jason plans to pursue his Master's starting in the summer of 2004. Major research interests include operating systems and programming languages. Jason's role as Marketing Operations Director will reach an audience large and small to make them aware of our current products as well as our emerging technologies.

Latricia Simon is pursuing a Bachelor's in Computer Science at Old Dominion University. Her role in the Digital Inventory Systems Team is the research and development coordinator. Her goal is to determine our target audience and also determine the factor that will allow our product to stand out from competitors' similar products.

Brian Easton is director of finances and a senior at Old Dominion University. He is completing his B.S. in Computer Science. Responsibilities include cost estimation and prediction.

Francis Doligosa is a senior in the Computer Science Department at Old Dominion University with a minor in Information Technology. Francis works as a system administrator for Old Dominion's Computer Science Department and also works as a teaching assistant for the Mechanical Engineering Department. Francis is responsible for the manufacturing process. It is his responsibility for researching the best outsources(if necessary) to produce the product.
