The feasibility presentation should address/answer the following: Societal/Market Identify a problem that currently exists Convince the panel that this is a problem Address the size and breadth of the problem Who does this problem impact the most? How are they impacted? What do they need to have solved? Customer Who is the customer? What characteristics do they possess? How much do they need this solution? How much are they willing to spend? What is the return on investment for the customer? What are the added benefits? Does the solution introduce new problems? Management Who are the team members? What skills and capabilities do they have? What experts are needed? and identified? What management communication and coordination methods are used? Technical What will the solution need to do? What hardware and software will be required to build it? What COTS products will be needed? What will the customer need to have in order to use the product? (what is in the box?) What has to be specially built? Financial How much will this cost the customer? How much will this cost us ---- though very priliminary Risk What are the biggest "what if's" at this point??
