the project plan - real world design in the form of a WBS in MSProject

• the design and development approach that shows expected activities

the price point for the real world product

the list of required expected resources

the list of required staff (domain experts)

It is anticipated that this presentation should be a maximum of 30 minutes long. A question and answer period of approximately 15 minutes should be planned to follow the formal presentation. This presentation will contain critical technical information that fully supports decisions made to date.
