Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the Accurate Ordering System?

The Accurate Ordering System is an electronic ordering system for small chain restaurants. It allows the restaurant staff to electronically take customer orders using a wireless handheld device. Once the orders have been taken, the customers can verify that their orders are correct by viewing them on a wireless portable table display. After all the orders at a table have been validated, the orders are then transferred electronically to the kitchen’s flat screen display where the food preparation staff can view orders.

2. How does AOS work?

Our Accurate Ordering System allows the customers to validate their orders with the waiter. After this validation, the order is transferred electronically to the kitchen where the meal can be prepared precisely as the customer has specified.

3. Why is the Accurate Ordering System necessary?

The Accurate Ordering System is necessary to be used in restaurants in order to help eliminate problems that may occur during the ordering communication process. When the customer is placing an order, problems occur between the restaurant staff and the customer, allowing the customer to receive an inaccurate order. The Accurate Ordering System helps prevent inaccurate orders from being prepared by the food preparation staff, by allowing the customers to view and validate their placed orders on an electronic wireless portable table display before the orders are electronically transferred to the kitchen’s flat screen display for the food preparation staff to view.

4. Can I keep the current CPU station that my restaurant has, or does the Accurate Ordering System come with a new one?

The Accurate Ordering System does not replace your current CPU workstation. The Accurate Ordering System is added on to your current CPU workstation by adding a wireless unit (server/router) to allow data to be transferred from the wireless handheld ordering devices to the wireless portable table displays, kitchen’s flat screen display, and back to the CPU workstation.
