P3C Overview

    Phase III Communicator (P3C) is a CPI project, planned, researched, designed, and presented by a group of Old Dominion University's computer science undergraduates of Spring 2004 semester. P3C focuses on a societal problem with a technological solution to that problem.

    As you go through this website you will recognize how P3C provides a technological solution to solve this problem.
