NAME
	xor

SYNOPSIS
    	xor <key> <input_file> <output_file>

DESCRIPTION
	This program takes a key and encrypts the input file using the XOR
	encryption algorithm.  The result is stored in the output file.
	Unencryption is done by "encrypting" the already encrypted file
	using the same key.

Example:

% java xor "odu computer science" README out
% more out
% java xor "odu computer science" out tmp
% more tmp
