Ph.D. students:

attends 20 colloquiums

Keep all signed sheets with you and submit them together as one pile to the office to file in your folder.

To sign a sheet for a colloquium, you must be there from the start.

Ø A PhD defense

Ø An MS projects presentation session

Counts as one colloquium
