Registration
Before you can register for classes, you must be advised. There are two
ways to be advised - on-line and in person. A form to request advising is
available on-line here.
Procedure for on-line advising:
- Enter the courses you wish to register for using the on-line form
above.
- You selection will be reviewed by the GPD and if approved, your
advising block will be removed and you will be notified by e-mail. In this
case there is not reason to meet with the GPD and you can register on-line
using LEO.
- If there are problems with your registration, you will be notified by
e-mail. Typical problems include lack of pre-requisite courses and
violation of university or departmental course restrictions.
In person advising is necessary if you are not sure of what courses to
take or you need appropriate forms signed by the GPD. See the GPD
during office hours (usually posted on the GPD's web site)
Visit Office of Registrar for further information.
-
Satisfy all the prerequisite requirements.
There are a number of ways to satisfy prerequisites:
If you want to have them waived, please submit the request
in your FIRST semester here. At the latest it must be requested by the
end of your second semester. A prerequisite waive request near the end of your program
may NOT be approved.
