Title: "Y2K: What Really Happened?"
	As a disaster movie, Y2K was a real sleeper.  The presenter has
spent the last 15 months preparing for the millennium rollover, and will
present answers to the following questions:
	What really happened?
	Why?
	What did we learn?
	How did we prepare: USJFCOM
	What about 29 February?
	What next for the IT community?
	(Should we still learn COBOL?)

	Bio: 
	Mr. Saur holds both a BS and an MS in CS from ODU and has worked
in the area of software development and operational testing for the past
12 years.  Since October, 1998, Mr. Saur has been the Lead Planner for
the USJFCOM Y2K Operational Evaluation effort.  At the present time, Mr.
Saur is a Senior Principal Consutant for Keane Federal Systems.
