This is an advanced graduate seminar that will focus on the state of the art in digital preservation. Although not an exhaustive list of the issues regarding preservation, we will attempt to cover as many of the issues as time will allow. On a rotating basis, students will read and report on research papers from the leading journals, proceedings and institutional reports. All students are expected to participate in the post-presentation discussions. There will be six presentations by visiting researchers. Check the home page for the schedule of presentations.
