When accessing forms in Banner Desktop, the confidentiality indicator will come up on the student's records before viewing the form if the students have requested that information not be released to anyone without the student's written consent.

Name and Student ID number can be performed on all student-related forms in Desktop by typing in the Last Name, First Name and hit the enter key. The % symbol is the wildcard.
