Each department is responsible for the promotion of its graduate programs. The Chair is responsible for the funding and contents of promotional materials while the GPD submits the materials for approval by the Office of University Publications. The chair or GPD should obtain a copy of the Old Dominion University Publication Guide that will aid them during the design of these materials.
