The DePaul Diabetes Center offers free daily classes for individuals with diabetes. Monday's class is a general overview of the different types of Diabetes. Tuesday is dedicated to Nutritional education. Wednesday's class deals with Diabetes specific medication and Thursday is utilized for a stress management class. The center also provides outpatient instruction for blood glucose monitoring, insulin injection, and meal planning. This instruction is provided on a fee-for-service basis.
