What's up guys? It's an American month. IST with almost our whole training group. We've had one guy leave early. It sucks but PCV life isn't for everyone. I was sad to see him go though. Well, if you noticed in the pictures, most of the guys from my training group have been growing out our hair. My beard had become very ferret and hair unmanageable. But we had good reason-back before training ended we decided we'd have Mullet-Fest 2006 at IST. Well, here we are. For those of you who don't know a mullet is a hair cut which is real short on the top, front, and sides and long in the back. It's usually accompanied by mutton chops and goatees for the gentlemen. I used this opportunity to try several fashionable styles for my beard. I don't think any of you have mullets out there but it's kind of a joke in American culture. It's not a desired haircut. So this is all just good fun. The historic day was Tuesday, June 6 2006. We all lined up and witnessed the transformation of 12 PCVs, one female (yeah, Jen). I hope you enjoy the pictures, I'm off to Kampala to white water raft the Nile. Justin |
