1. First cut up your veggies...sigh...variety.

2. Next cook up some beans. As usual this will take a while.

3. So while you're waiting, why not have a banana?

4. Because these are plantains. Not very appetizing raw.
5. Once the beans finish fry up your vegetables.
6. Then put in your beans. Cut up the bananas into little discs and salt to taste.

7. Wait a while and the mixture should get nice and thick and very appetizing.
