5. Why you can make Makande! My favorite Tanzanian meal. First pressure cook your corn then your beans. | |
6. Now put some onions in a sufuria and fry them up. Then add the corn and beans and stir around with salt until it begins to boil. | |
7. Now let it boil uncovered until the sauce gets thick and creamy on top. Stir again and repeat about 5 or 6 times. | |
8. Enjoy Tanzania's sweetest meal! | |
