4. All you have are onions, corn, and beans...
5. Why you can make Makande! My favorite Tanzanian meal. First pressure cook your corn then your beans.
6. Now put some onions in a sufuria and fry them up. Then add the corn and beans and stir around with salt until it begins to boil.
7. Now let it boil uncovered until the sauce gets thick and creamy on top. Stir again and repeat about 5 or 6 times.
8. Enjoy Tanzania's sweetest meal!
