Assignment 3: Book Selection ASP.NET

Description: Write an ASP.NET program for book selection using a web form. The form should contain entries 

FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

•  first and last name

• student ID. The student ID must be of the form ddd-dd-dddd OR @dd-dd-dddd. 

• A set of radio buttons for subject selection (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Philisophy, etc). As soon as a radio button is selected, your form must display a list of books available in that subject area in a list.

• The student is allowed to make multiple selections from the list of books.

• After the student clicks the submit button, your program will display a page containing the list of books selected and their total price.

• The student can accept this order OR return to the first order selection form.

• If the user selects "accept" then the browser will display a thank you.

IMPLEMENTATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. You must use a regular expressin validation control for the student ID
2. You must use autopostback for displaying the list of books relevant to each selection
3. You must get the data for the book selections from an XML file.
4. You must use code behind.
5. Your solution should use good object oriented design and be well written and documented.
