Version 4 adds a GUI interface to the Teaching Project through a
series of small experimental versions.

MsgEdit: contains experiments in building a message editor and
as such deals only with the CMessage object

MsgFolders: contains experiments in providing selection support for
choosing folders and messages using the CMSGFolder Object.

Eventually this directory will contain the complete version 4 solution
