The annual workshop brings together researchers and their students with interets in structural bioinformatics.

Topics of interest, but not limited to, include the following:

  • Coarse grained modeling
  • Mining structural data
  • Structural genomics
  • Applications of high performance computing to structural problems
  • Applications of graph theory and optimization to structural problems

  • Biomolecular graphics

June 15, 2019: Due date for full workshop papers submission
July 1, 2019: Notification of paper acceptance to authors
July 8, 2019: Camera-ready of accepted papers
August 20, 2019: Poster (2-page abstract) submission deadline
