James Penney is Head Researcher for the CAD project and also the founder of the idea for the CAD system. Penney has had previous experience working in the restaurant industry. He worked as a manager at the chain restaurant Country Cookn’, as a cook at Applebee’s and as a Network Administrator at ODU’s Computer Science Department. He is currently employed by ODU’s Center Coastal Protection Oceanography (CCPO) as a Network Administrator. He is pursuing a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science and hopes to graduate in 2004.
