Papers for previous semesters have been selected so that you may see the general expectations. Though the selections are very good, they may not be error free. A link to the files may be found under the resources tab.

The file, CS411Black_Lab2sec1&2.docx, is a paper that is extremely well written, and is formatted as required. Some issues still exist:

  1. The student did not include a reference to his Lab 1.
  2. The Table is a good example of the expectations.
  3. I would have liked to have seen both MFCD diagrams (RWP and Prototype) so that the developer appreciates what the simulations/models replace.
  4. This team decided to include the database schematics, ERDs, UI sitemaps, and similar figures in Section 3. This is fine, as long as they are included somewhere in the complete Lab 2.

The file, Peter.pdf, is a paper that contains the figures referenced 4 above. This is well written, and is formatted at required. Some issues still exist:

  1. It does not contain a Table comparing the RWP and prototype.
  2. I would have liked to have seen both MFCD diagrams (RWP and Prototype) so that the developer appreciates what the simulations/models replace.

Every semester, for each team, negotiations are possible. Each of the projects are unique, and the Lab requirements may be changed when deemed appropriate by instructor.
