If you have been directed, by your academic advisor or by your prospective future CS250 instructor to take the “pre-test”, you will find that hosted on the ODU Canvas site.

You will need an ODU Midas account & email address to access the pre-test site.

The Pre-Test site on Canvas also contains a number of self-assessment quizzes, to help you judge your own level of preparation.

• Even if you have not been instructed to take the Pre-Test, you are welcome to use the Pre-Test site to take the self-assessments.

1. Enter the Pre-test site.
2. On your first visit, click the Enroll in Course button.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen to enroll in the PreTest.
