Your scores for all graded activities can be found in your course area on Canvas, under “Grades”.
For quizzes and exams, you can view the details of your grade and the instructor’s solution and notes, if any, by clicking on your score in Canvas.
There may be a short delay between when the grades are posted and when the detailed reports are released.
For programming assignments, you can view your detailed grade report by returning to the assignment page and clicking the “View your grade report” link.
For automatically graded assignments, a copy of the grade report will be sent to you via email as soon as the grading is completed. If you miss or lose that email, you can get copies of you most recent reports on each assignment via the Detailed Reports
button below.
For programming assignments, you can view a preliminary grade report, after you have submitted you own solution.
Non-programming assignments, quizzes, and exams require manual grading.
We try to have these graded within a week of the due date.
Inquiries about grades on these before that week is up will not be welcomed and will likely be answered with nothing more than a link to this page.
Grades are computed on the ODU 4-pt scale. The conversion from percentage grades on individual assignments & tests to the 4-pt scale is described here.
