Weaknesses

Does not integrate with barcode technology.
Will not locate assets if the asset is removed from the area.

Opportunities

Straw poll of network and system adminstrators indicated 72% of those surveyed indicated an interest in an asset tracking product utilizing RFID technology.
Make an alliance with some companies creating RFID readers/writers to create an all-in-one product.
Introduce our product to the International market once our product becomes a hit in the United States.

Threats

Our major threat is from competition mainly due to preexisting products.
