Risks and Mitigators

The risks for our project include the following:

Diabetes can be cured. Given the information and the research going on in the diabetic field the cure for diabetes is far in to future, which may be possible in next ten years or so.
Simpler regimentation becomes available, which is the second risk we would be facing. But our solution is already simple. The regimentation cannot get simpler than AGRID, which is a one step process. Just put on the device, give in the proper carbohydrates and forget about the rest, AGRID will take care of it.
Unable to acquire government approval will lead in to a major risk for our project. The risk can be mitigated by altering the product to meet requirements of the Government and try for approval again. It might cause a delay in the production.
Finally not able to attain the user rights is another risk that the project can lead in to, finding alternative devices can help mitigate this.
