.: What's here
The following is a list of current items accessible from this page:
|
.: Information
Management Plan: The purpose of this document is to provide the steps and
resources needed to achieve the project’s objectives. This plan identifies the
ThrillTracker's management, defines a communication plan, and identifies related documents
that are part of this overall plan.
Funding Plan: Our funding plan outlines how the development and initial
deployment of our product will be funded over the first few years.
Resource Plan: This document describes what hard resources are required
to complete the ThrillTracker project. The resources are broken into four phases
ranging from 0-3. Each phase will provide a short description of why the resources
are needed and the estimated cost associated.
Risk Management Plan: The purpose of this document is to provide a plan
to identify and manage risks. Risk management is an important part of project
management and is one of the nine knowledge areas.
Evaluation Plan: For any large scale project to be successful, there needs
to be a way to judge performance on aspects of the project and determine when milestones
have been reached. If no such process is in place, it would be easy for a project to linger
endlessly in the initial development phase.
Marketing Plan: The purpose of a marketing plan is to clearly identify
the direction that you have decided to take in order to MARKET your business - to promote
your business, attract and retain customers and exploit identified marketplace opportunities.
Staffing Plan: For any project to be completed,
it must have the proper staff in place to carry out objectives.
Such is the case with ThrillTracker, Inc. The personnel needed
for for the ThrillTracker may change from phase to phase, but
continuous development and support of our product us a must,
as it is something that we hope will extend well beyond phase 3.
