Prototype Overview 

The STATag Prototype employs an Analog Devices® Dead-Reckoning board and module to demonstrate the tracking abilities of the STATag system. Once prototyping is complete for this, we shall begin the prototype stage for the IEEE 802.15.4 communication phase to demonstrate the flexibility and ease of use and installation that is required of the STATag technology.

The software used to communicate with STATag and locating equipment is very intuitive and requires virtually no training to use. View some of our screenshots listed below.

The STATag© and Digital Inventory Systems are being developed under the Computer Productivity Initiative at Old Dominion University.
